I forget who he was opening for. Did he ever tour with <em>Billy Squier<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p><em>Slippery When Wet<\/em> took an already popular <em>Bon Jovi <\/em>to the next level. With the way the girls were reacting to <em>Bon Jovi<\/em>, I had to buy this album if only to learn a couple songs from it.\u00a0I eventually would play <em>You Give Love A Bad Name <\/em>and<em>\u00a0 Livin&#8217; On A Prayer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t say that I was ever a huge <em>Bon Jovi<\/em> fan. <em>Slippery When Wet<\/em> didn&#8217;t make the Compact Disc cut. Instead I opted for <em>Cross Road. <\/em>I felt that the Best Of approach was sufficient to deliver any fix required for <em>Bon Jovi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><\/em>Again, I can see the <em>Mix Tape<\/em> phenomenon at play.\u00a0I&#8217;m quite familiar with some of <em>Bon Jovi&#8217;s <\/em> stuff.
